Just a quick poll: how many people use Independent Characters special rule for their officers? I've heard that it is pretty common, but I'm not clear on how many people do that as opposed to the default rules where you have the leader buried in a whole squad. --Rob

We had a surplus of junior ossifers. We did see our section commanders and the platoon warrant more regularly, but the LT was fairly present. Leg infantry, so he if he doesn't keep up, he's no longer part of unit cohesion!:0)
