Firstly, many thanks for all your orders in the last couple of weeks - we're obviously making stuff that you want, and your business is enormously appreciated! However, with Christmas fast approaching and a MASSIVE number of orders in, I must let you all know that the sheer volume is causing considerable delays - I'm casting, packing and mailing orders as fast as I can, but they are still coming in even faster; at the time of writing the dispatch time on most is about a week, and a little longer on some. By all means continue to order, we're not closing the books, BUT please be aware that while all efforts will be made to to get every possible order out, any placed from today onwards are unlikely to be dispatched from here this side of Christmas - we already have in all that we can cope with up till then. The Christmas special offer (see earlier posts here and on our website for details) finishes in two days - strictly at Midnight on the 15th, UK time - and of course you can still take advantage of it right up to that time, but please bear in mind the comments above!
