[GZG] FMAS Scale

I believe FMAS Scale is 2m per inch? Has anyone experimented with interim
scales, say 5m per inch? Or sticking with 10m per inch as in SG2 but just
adapting the "Skirmish" aspects to that scale?

Does the scale really matter (other than adjusting the range bands)?
