I've got a newer version of the map online. I've indicated the locations of
the Alarishi, Bavarian,
Free Cal-Tex, New Confederate States, New Israel,
Switzerland, and the general location of the Kra'vak Incursion.

I was just looking at the list of stars and nations on your FT map webpage.
Would it be a good idea to list the Earth territories each one controls (if
any...)

Just a thought...

There are some empires that as yet do not have

The colors of the Alarishi Empire (and could you change the abbreviation
from"AL" to "AE"?) are crimson and white. I'm too near to sleep to recall the
proper heraldic terminology at the moment, but the flag has the left third
crimson with a gold crown, the rest of the flag white. Yes, I know "crimson"
isn't a heraldic color. I haven't experimented with the colors, but I think
CC0033 should be about right.

Oh, and you'll see that I've postulated *two* "Kra'vak incursion routes", a

Well, "Gules" is Red, but you could get away with "Sanguine", meaning the
exact colour of spilt blood (rarely used heraldically, but not completely
unknown)

Islamic Federation flag: three horizontal bars, black over white over green.

Ideally it would have Arabic script on it, but since I don't imagine anyone
is going to want to try to paint tiny little Arabic letters (with a 10/0
brush, jeweler's loupe, and infinite patience)....

The above is subject to modification by the IFWG, but if they disagree they
should do it quick, I'm painting my ships now.

Could be. Somebody would have to supply me with a list
though. Many of the empires are "non-canon" and the
creators would have to tell us the information.

the first to be hit, with the NAC and ESU being hit abou equaly, I whould get
rid of the lower right invasion, as it seems to me that the NAC is shielding
the ESU from the Kra'Vak, if I'm reading the map wrong pleese let me know. If
that is done I would change the axis of the attack so that is was pointed at
Sol.

With the factionated nature of the Kra'Vak postulated in discussions I had
some time ago, multiple axis of advance makes sense. In fact, I'd be surprised
if only two were used. BTW, I think it would be beyond corny, into the realms
of 1930s pulp SF, to have them pointed at Sol. How would the K'V know where we
come from? At least until Rot
Hafen--it's established they captured a lot of that colony in one piece,
so they would have plenty of astrographical data to play with, once they
figured out our measuring conventions.
