I'm still trying to get everything allocated and plotted. Sorry it's taking so
long.

FWIW, The NRE is usually symbolized by a Chi-Rho, and if I had to pick a
distinctive color it would be a very red purple, almost a scarlet.:)

Yeah, crimson. Yeah, well... whatever. Gold, White, Purple, whatever. The
Empire never got as hung up about precise heraldry as those Western barbarians
did.

UBW uses a grey/red for "flag" opts and a gray/black for black opts and
normal operations.

well, there are always the NAC flags me and tom barclay put together:

http://users.ox.ac.uk/~univ0938/gzg/nacflags.html

but they're a bit big. for national flags, plenty of websites have little
language-selection buttons. the netherlands still uses that horizontal
red-white-blue tricolour, and orange as a colour.

I can do a miniature version of our abstract eye-in-the-pyramid symbol.
Is there a format (.gif,.jpg, whatever) that you would prefer?

Röt Hafen is an NSL world? I didn't know that.

Somebody said that Röt Hafen was LTT 1583,

Yes Röt Hafen is an NSL colony. I know it doesn't lay per se in NSL space,
but then again when it comes to colonies, the concept of bordered terrirtories
is IMO partly unrealistic. I would point out that in a cheap correlation to
our earlier history, European and other powers had colnies spread out all over
the place depending on where their ships landed, Portugal being a great
example. Sure many would be in the general location of others (Spain in South
America.)

Nyrath, Pending approval of the FCT working group I would like to amend the
listings of the FCT.

1) Austin is: Alpha Mensae.

2) New Pasadena is: Zeta (1) Reticuli.

3) Rio Bravo is: Zeta (2) Reticuli.

4) Unnamed system: Iota Horologii (An excellent choice due to its position,
and will be named reasonably soon.)

5) Harmony is: BD 12 2449
Harmony has mining interests/startup colonies at:
1) CD 25 3913 2) LTT 2844 3) BD 02 2901

I will be sending this to the group soon.

Thank you,

Nyrath, Here are the names of the other two major NCS colonies, from the
spreadsheet. BTW, very nice map, thanks.

Alabama: CD-53°8617
Kentucky: CD-51°12998

As a side note, the other states are on Dixie itself, Tennessee, Georgia,
Virginia, North and South Carolina, Mississippi. For some reason, Louisiana
and Florida were not named in the NCS charter, though there is a present push
to unite some of the small minor body colonies
under these names. Texas was not used, out of respect to Free Cal-Tex.
