Having just skimmed through DS2 for a few things, remembered about templates.
If any future GZG products use templates, I would suggest using a CD/DVD
as the template. The clear discs from the top of a CD spindle (or even dead
CDs themselves) make for very cheap blast templates (ie: practically free) and
they are internationally a standard size (~2.5"r)

Never thought of that before, I like that idea! :-)

The only problem that I see with this is that you sometimes need a 3"r
template. The CD/DVD won't cut it. An overhead transparency and a
laser/inkjet printer work just fine as well. Plenty of easy ways to
draw the templates.:)

I'd suggest Mini-CD's but it turns out that they come in multiple
diameters so you lose the standardization.

Another odd thought to go with that; burn the catalog on the disc and you have
both advertising and a useful object for afterwards.

I like this idea, but it may be a little large for 1/300th scale.
