submissions if you want. That way we can try to get a deal from the con and be
able to play in each other's events.
I WANT this to happen, I was part of the first and I can't get to Lancaster
PA ;)
IF Laserlight will make it to SF I will guarantee FMA Sheep will be seen.

Naw, stronger minds out here on the left coast, so you can unleash mayhem
unimaginable of to those pasty bellied inhabitants of the lands east of the
Continental Divide.

How about "if there's a WCC, I promise NOT to come"? Probably better
for all concerned, yes?

No mind can withstand the power of the Sheep. Just relax and let it flow
through you, it's the only way.
Really.

Sounding more and more like sheep dip victims......)
Is anyone aware of a FMA variant of Full Thrust. I like the Stargrunt system
and found the FMA Dirtside variant to be better than the original
(the counters got worn out far to fast) so I would like to try it with Full
Thrust.
This would easily allow some of the threads mentioned over the past few
months.
I know some people don't like using dice other than D6s but I do. Buckets of
D6's reminds me to much of GW products and boardgames from my youth. I'm
a big boy now and want to get past the training wheels (:+)

Or you're like me and pretend they never existed in the first
place... It's the only way my mind can handle their non-euclidean
machinations.
I think Lovecraft knew something we don't.;)

There are two versions. One isn't really FMA system, it just uses the various
dice types for
different quality levels -- d4 for elite, d6 for normal first-line
navies, d12 for second rate civilians, etc. See
http://home.quixnet.net/deboe/ft/quality.htm .
The other is more like what you're looking for, I suspect:
http://lists.firedrake.org/gzg/200506/msg00260.html . I'd be interested
to hear feedback on that one.

Their machinations are a danger to your soul and sanity, but they're still
eweclidian.

You don't need to show me -- I've already seen San Francisco. :-\

Actually, the best approach is "being somewhere else." I think all the the
non-participants (other than Josh, Joe, Sam, Rrok, and Tom) escaped
without permanent trauma, this time.
Hmmmm...I'll have to do something about that, next year.

Bush leagues; I've seen New York and Naw-leens. And these pale compared
to many other parts of world, from what I've heard.
Back on topic: let me know if there's any support we in the heart land, at
least those of us who prolly can't make it to either coast in the near future,
can give. I'd offer posting notices, but the only cons I'm getting to for the
rest of the year are nearer ones, with Denver being
further-est
west.
As an aside to those who made it to Origins: sorry I missed you. I wish I
could blame beer or other mind-altering substances for my spacey
qualities, but I was fortunate enough to run into Mike Miserendino, looking
well and enjoying an FT event I missed.
And being on the winning side two episodes of three against my best friend
in the GASLIGHT/Pulp event was mighty sweet. ;->=
Even if I WAS the evil Nazi in one of them. Thank you Chris Palmer!

Thats just what I was thinking of. I'll give it a go and see what happens.
