Grazers feel as if they should do more damage - what
about having them force an automatic role for system and core losses if any
damage they do penetrates to a
second damage row - so effectivly they can score a
'crit' on even two points of damage.
More work to use them but it does make them scary.

Grazers only do damage if they gore or trample you...
Grasers, OTOH... some players think that they're *too* lethal, so if you
think they're not lethal *enough* they're probably about right ;-)

I'm not at all sure that this would be a good idea - it'd make the
grasers
rather nasty against smaller ships (and large ships with 5- or 6-row
hulls) which are likely to lose more than one hull row to a single hit, but
wouldn't have that much of an impact against large ships with long hull
rows (or medium-sized ships with 3-row hulls) where most graser hits
would be "contained" within a single row.
