Gravitation fields

Well, Sir Issac Newton's followers determined that all objects have a
gravitation pull proportional to their size. Of course the universal
gravitational constant is so small that even an aircraft carrier is not
going to have a great effect.  While B5 is very large, I think the 1/3
gravity in C&C is due to its proximity to the center of the axis of rotation,
not the mass of the station....
