> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I just read a piece in a newspaper about the funeral service for the Pyton who died (I forgot his name, Chapman?). The eulogy given by John Cleese was a variation of the parrot sketch, 'he is not dead he is sleeping, he is an ex-python' etc... I thought it most appropriate.

Chapman's memorial service was televised a few years ago (or at least bits of it), and I think this is where JC did the bit you mention. The part that really sticks in my mind was when he (JC) said: "Graham (Chapman)'s writing allowed me to be the first person to say "SH*T" on the BBC; I would therefore like to be the first person to say "F*CK" at a British memorial service...."
