Full Thrust Leauge

This is just an idea, but has anyone ever thought of forming an Full Thrust
Leauge. Where you could have teams of 3 or 5. Have contests in the local area
to form rankings, then take on other cities. Like Seattle vs Vancouver BC;
Cleveland vs Toledo: etc
