FT-Weapon design archives

Stiltman, have you sent in the suggestion for the scalable wave guns into the
archives, and a suggestion, how about making a wave gun that can have longer
recharge times for a slight decrease in mass (I`m thinking of things like the
zentradi, with the big main guns on almost every ship, except the smallest).
Things like it has a recharge of 1D6 per turn, but needs the power to be 32
before firing (for example), with different mass & cost.
