While I've seen interesting WWII false silhouettes and dazzle painting from
both wars, I've never seen the like of:

If only it weren't a black and white photo.

Makes some of my recent acquisitions look down right tame.

USNI's "Proceedings" magazine had a very good article on dazzle painting back
in the 70's. That was the last time I saw this photo. It's a classic.
