Pity that the larger scale Bab 5 stuff is too big, some of it's pretty cool
looking.

Well, I've decided to start playing FT, and also to pursue the Council of
Native Peoples idea, since so far I've received positive feedback. I have
still to decide which North, Central, and South American Indian peoples to
include. Some of the tribes in the Amazon basin are still pretty close to
stone-age, their assimilation into the CNP might be the big challenge.

As for the navy, I've decided that a few of their aging ships, as well as
their few BIG capital ships, will be NAC in design, but the newer stuff will
be of their own design. This is because I went to the Geo-Hex website
and quite frankly, was unattracted to the NAC ships esthetically. The answer
for me personally seems to be to go with ships that LOOK different, but
functionally are identical to their NAC counterparts. This will allow me to
use existing designs, but buy figs that I like the look of. Eventually,

once I play the game for a while, I'll start designing my own, I suppose.

Now all I have to do is get up to Portland, or get out to EWEB here, and

talk someone into playing FT. Anyone out there need a sucker er.... an
opponent? Or anyone willing to teach me to PBEM?
