FT or somesuch at Salute 97?

I'll be visiting London in April. By happy chance, this will coincide with a
big London convention ("Salute," I believe it's called).

Any Full Thrust or other Ground Zero Games going to be there?

John - we (GZG) will be at Salute with the full tradestand as usual - if
we get our normal spot we'll be in the upstairs hall, so please come and say
hello (if you can get near the stand - Salute is very much a "shopping"
show for most attendees and we're usually about three deep in people trying to
throw money at us). We're not actually running a demo game, but there may be
another group doing Stargrunt if they have booked early enough.
Sorry, I don't know where you're from - UK or USA? - but if this is your
first visit to Salute I think you'll have fun; just be ready for it to be VERY
crowded... BTW, we sell out of some stuff very early on the day, so if you
want anything in particular drop me a private email before the event and I'll
keep the necessary items back for you.

Thanks for the offer!

I'm coming over from the States - Wisconsin, to be exact. This'll be my
first UK show in QUITE some time. I feel quite fortunate that things worked
out as they did.

And I'm VERY interested to see if British FT games have different
strategies/feels to them than those I've played over here do.

Of course, I'm spoiled here, since I can make it to GenCon every year.
Still, there's LOTS of gaming stuff in the UK - especially as far as
historicals go - that are hard to find here. I'm certainly looking
forward
to Salute - jetlagged though I'll be. :-)

AND I'm bringin' an empty suitcase!
