[FT] More new items for Solar Thrust

Hi all -

I've just finished the Java applet I promised which calculates the engine
performance parameters (acceleration per thrust point, fuel burn
rate, km/MU, etc.) for several realistic engines or user-designed
engines. The program will accept any turn length, game length, etc., but
defaults to FTFB. Please let me know if there are any problems!
