Note the lack of cruisers -- these are essentially coastal defense
fleets.

That'd be a total of 6 BBs them... except that this list doesn't mention one
very important thing:

How many of those were dreadnoughts (my guess would be close to nil) and
how many were obsolete pre-dreads?
