[FT] KV 'house' rules for FB (Was "Fuzzy Wuzzy")

Another KV house rule I thought up was Raking. This came up from playing Age
Of Sail recently where you get a big attack bonus if you Rake the opponent. A
Rake is firing so the projectile enters the target along its long axis. A
cannon ball (or hyper velocity penetrator) does a lot more damage as it
travels the length of the ship, than it would do passing through one side to
the other side.
