[FT] Kra'Vak

I haven't been following the voluminous KV thread, but while accidentally
glancing at a post, I saw that someone was wondering how to make them
tougher.  No problem--they buy more armor and more hull integrity than
the typical human "average". Somewhere in MT it even says that their ships are
built with more integrity to handle their more maneuverable drives.
