[FT Java] Campaign

Those who want to participate in the FT Java campaign, please tell me whether
you'd like to be Islamic Federation (using IF and possibly FSE
designs) or Pan African (using NAC and/or ESU designs, possibly also
PAU),
or if you resigned to your fate and will play either side. :-)
Also tell me whether you'd like to start as the overall commander or a
subordinate commander.
