I was reading FB2 again about Phalon plasma bolts and came up with a question.

If using vector movement and setting the Phalon plasma bolt radius at 4mu, can
fighters still attack it from 6mu or do they need to be in burst radius to
attack it?

My reading, and house rule, would be that the fighters would have to be within
the burst radius to attack it (4mu). The intent, as far as I can determine,
was to give fighter groups 2 options, stay and try to reduce the plasma bolt
to 0 or spend endurance for secondary movement.

I would welcome your comments and reasoning on this.
