Yes, if you can send it as a binary file in Excel 5 format (haven't got Excel
7). Please don't send me anything in MIME, cause I don't know how to decode
it, unless anybody can tell me!?

Mike, I sent you an Excel 5.0 workbook for designing Full Thrust ships. This
was sent last week. Did you receive it? There was a bounce message from your
service provider soon after I sent it, but my server should have attempted to
resend it. Just wondering whether or not I should resend it.

No problem. I will let you know when my software demos are ready.

This would be fine. I just wish that my ideas for the software be kept between
you, Jon, and me.

Since I have been very busy lately, I will be sending Jon my artwork samples
only at this time, since the FT software is not ready yet. Sorry for the
delay, most of my free time has been allocated lately to working on a
Windows95 side-scroller game, a cable tv video, car repair, and home
maintenance(first time I've owned a home - fun, but a lot of work!).

I have several software ideas I would like to present to you and Jon as soon
as demos are available. Perhaps down the road, I could write complete working
games of GZG products, if there is interest and no one has done it already!:)

BTW someone at a local game store, mentioned that you and Jon were planning to
attend GenCon 96. Is this true? Last time I asked, you mentioned it was not
possible at this time. It would be great to meet you both!:)

Allan, I'm sending this via the list as my mail server has been playing up
recently and I don't altogether trust it. Sending it to the list I get
confirmation of delivery because it gets reflected back to me. Anyway what I'm
about to say is of general interest.

Yes, I did receive the FT Excel 5 workbook. Only problem is I don't know

how to decode MIME messages!! 8-( We run CC:Mail here connecting to
Internet via an X400 gateway (although I am told that we will be getting a
direct link to Internet soon). Does anyone know/is there some s/w that
will enable me to decode MIME messages? If an answer to this is not
forthcoming, then I will only be able to receive straight binaries. Can anyone
help???

I like the sound of your PBEM game Allan, count me in! I don't claim to be an
ace admiral, but WTH.

Mike

My last message to you got a bunch of bounce messages from your site (or lack
thereof). I can send you the file using BinHex, but I'm not sure how reliable
the transmission will be. Is there a specific time when you have a good idea
that you're site will be up? Alternatively, I can send it to you on a diskette
by snail mail...
