[FT-DS] Interface Craft (was [Power Projection])

For Traveller, I always found that designs started to get "fun" around 10,000
tons. My TCS had 50,000 ton "Assault" riders (designed to carry a landing
brigade and provide fire support for it once landed). Of course it might be a
bit hard on the grunts if the Vac-heads had to fight their way in.
