[FT] Cloaking

So when are you planning to finish the rules or are they cloaked too?;)

The cloak rules, and the tugs-in-combat rules, are works in progress. I
think I got into a discussion with Stiltman about cloak rules and we
ended up agreeing to disagree... :-)
