FT Boarding Parties (was: RE: Just wondering)

I usually use either 1 mass or 2 mass per boarding factor (depends on
generosity) & have the boarding factors killed off the same as cargo (ie. 50%
hits equals 50% boarding factors killed) Using DS2, it was previously worked
out you could actually get ~3.4 Boarding factors per mass, but this was too
much for game balance.
