There are 2 places that I know of. Eric a user of this list wrote this
program and has a site but I can't remember the address.. I have it on my
site http://www.webpak.net/~mrjohn/shipbuild/shipbuilder.htm
Its a java applet and you will need Netscape communicator version 4.05 or
later. I'm not sure what version of exploder you need..

Just a general question to all. There is a site where you can build your ship
stats using the older rules but has anybody come up or know of a site for the
new Fleet Book system?

There will be in a couple of days. I'm about to post an online Fleet Book ship
designer. It does *not* use Java. It's a JavaScript app.
However, it does require an up-to-date browser.
