Fantasy Rules! is a rule set for fantasy battles (_battles_, that is,
not a skirmish game like WHFB) published by Chipco (a small American company,
roughly the size of GZG :-) The rules are inspired by Phil Barker's DBM
rules, and fall somewhere between DBM and HotT/DBA in complexity. Unlike
Barker's games, however, you don't have to be a dumb eight-year old to
understand the rules :-)
