If you do Von Daniken, I'm doing Invader Zim...
I want to see pictures of the Zim force.

Actually, I and a friend or two gave this a little thought last
year...miniatures were right out (there's always scratchbuilds, though),
but there was just enough footage from the series to get a /few/
coherent ship designs. An SSD for the Massive (The Irkan flagship) sits
on my hard disk even now...
It would make for a very silly game.

Any chance of a public viewing?
Pretty please?

A quick check reveals all I have left is the RTF version, complete with HTML

What the heck are you guys talking about? Is this another one of those weird,
low budget Brit sci-fi shows that make little sense unless you speak
with an Old World accent? *duck*
(For the record, as most of you know, I was born in Scotland. However some
things just don't translate across the Atlantic. I never _could_ see the
appeal of _Dr. Who_...)
Heh heh heh heh heh, one of of our group is going to love giving the massive a
try out...

Invader Zim is a twisted cartoon broadcast (at least) in the US. I think it's
on Nickelodeon. It's great!

Nah, they wouldn't put instructions on packs of toothpicks. They'd put warning
labels and legal disclaimers.
Thanks all for the reply about Zim. I'll have to check it out... once we get
cable, again.
I haven't seen the series myself ( was going to reply with the usually failing
taunts from Emperor Zurg, but wasn't certain that was the direction to go),
but there're 'bring back' web petitions going suggesting that it's been
cancelled off of Nick, which seems to have PO'd several folks.
Apparently there are going to be DVD's released; I hope someone I know is
similarly addicted that I may borrow a sample. ;->=

PS I was also addicted to the fourth and fifth Doctors. I suppose it was an
acquired taste.

Speaking of FMAS, is there any kind of work-in-progress type of ruleset
for it that we can look at? Or a "demo" sort of thing? Also, I remembered
someone talking about making a Medieval version of it too. Has that gotten
anywhere?

Was it a Ragnarok article that included a line to the effect of "You never
know just how brave your guys on the tabletop are until they're faced distant
cries of "Exterminate!" coming out of the mist..."
> Don't Worry mate my Daleks are already planning an invasion ;)
Isn't that the way? The good Doctor will have to save the poor demented wretch
who slurs him...

Until, of course, their final appearance in the last series - with the
antigrav platforms...
