FMA Fantasy Link?

Does anybody have the link to the FMA Fantasy rules variant. I believe one of
the list members has the rules on his site but I forgot the link. Could
someone please send it to me?

It reflects my desires for a skirmish system and isn't similar to Jon
Tuffley's FMA Skirmish. The current web version is now out of date, as I've
been play testing the rules with friends here in NZ, and the latest rules
version prove quite entertaining. New comers to the game pick it up easily,
and are playing within moments. They proved enthusiastic enough to spend money
that day in buying fantasy miniatures for the game. The latest version has
magic and miracles, can handle powerful mages and miracle workers, and can
handle magical and flying creatures and different races.
