I did think about this, just didn't want to add chrome until we've got the
framework right. Let's say "individual units can start the scenario in a
Strongpoint defense. Units in strongpoint defenses treat all attacks as being
from the front. Attack die is downshifted 1 (to keep everyone from doing it).
Strongpoint effects are lost the first time the unit moves. Units may attempt
to create strongpoints during a game, by rolling X or better on a dY. Engineer
units may create strongpoints
