AIUI it has been more like "trying to find enough time to actually play the
damn thing more than once a year at the ECC so the remaining rough spots

can be found and fixed"... too many of the people involved have suffered

intense interference from Real World (tm) issues over the past year or
three, and that has put a major crimp in any playtest activities :-(
