Hi. I'm back on this list after some time, since my kids and I have recently
picked Full Thrust up again.
Anybody know what is in Fleet Paks 2 and 3 for the NSL?
My son was looking at some GW Epic Eldar tanks for a fleet, but I like a few
of the GZG fleets, and would like to use those ships to give a basic scale.
You can say the ships are any size you want, but I'd like 'em to be pretty
consistent if possible.
We're getting back into the game slowly. We started out with just moving,
beams, shields, fire controls, and armor. Next we're going to add pulse
torpedoes and damage control parties. The kids (and I) really like FTSC, the
ship (and fleet) creator. Is FTSC the best tool for that?
Any idea when FT 3 will come out? We never got FB 2, and don't know if we're
missing anything.
thanks,

I have a one-page summary, FT Lite, which I can send if you wish.

I like FTSC. Roger Burton West has a tool if you're more computationally ept
(or less inept) than me. And Dean has a spreadsheet (which does not do SSDs)
at his site.

FB2 was the aliens -- SaVasku and KraVak, plus Phalons. FB3 will
presumably have Islamic Fed, UN, Outer Rim Coalition, and New Israeli. Beta
test versions of these are available online, emphasis on beta. May be a few
others, eg a Free Cal Tex or ScanFed destroyer.

Sure, I'd be interested. At the level we're currently using, there isn't much
to remember. Delightfully simple and fun.

Thanks. I'll take a look at Roger's, just in case it is better, but FTSC has
been great. It would be nice if it were easier to edit batteries, and a bit
more.

Is there going to be a FB3 before a FT3? I'm much more interested in
the rules and design system than I am pre-designed ships.

Where can you get this FTSC? This is the first I've heard of it, and it would
make my life substantially easier.....
