For SF and/or Historical and/or Fantasy?

It does make a difference.

Have sent a copy to the 6mm lsit I frequent also.

I use Historical Modern for SF mostly. Details to follow,

There's a company in England you might try, "Ground Zero Games"....

I just bought some DS2 minis (along with the 15mmSG and a few Islamic ships)
and they have more detail than I expected. I'd been hoping I could get away
with a couple of swipes of the paintbrush but I may find myself painting faces
on 6mm KraVak shortly.

Looking for best source for 6mm troops. Please advise.

Also 1/300 scale vehicles and aircraft

The DS range is very well sculpted, with impressive detail for figures that
small. I recommend it highly.

Thanks for the suggestions

I'm already looking into GZG, I was hoping for additional figs, perhaps to
flesh out an opforce.

Please let me know what your thoughts are,

You could try

Scotia http://website.lineone.net/~grendel.co/scotiamicromodels.html - I
have a few of the less exotic SciFi and the modern range, quite
good detail the xxxx-2000 figures (Abrams-2000, Leopard-2000...) are
standard Modern vehicles but with rail guns and remote turrets, the 3000
versions have hover skirts as well and the 4000 range have
"anti-grav".
If your opponents vehicle recognition skill's aren't too good a South African
force will make good wheeled vehicles.

Adler/Dark Star: http://members.netscapeonline.co.uk/adlerminiatures/
These are quite expensive for vehicles but the Infantry are quite impressive
(they are recognisable as 6mm versions of the 25mm
Denizen range) (http://www.ainsty.co.uk/index.htm)

Or Irregular http://www.irregularminiatures.co.uk/
I have some of these - they are relatively cheap but lacking in detail
compared to the GZG Dirtside figures.

Pat,

here are the sites I like. I use mostly figs from the Dirtside range and
others lines as fill in.

Well, I am of the school (for historicals figures) that too much detail
defeats the purpose and/or "mass effect" of the scale but if they are
really *that* good I might have to reconsider...

Still waiting for my order from the local shop (via distributor) of GZG 6mm
stuff to arrive.

Has anyone seen/own the HardKill infantry figures (3 types: light,
heavy, marine) I was seriously thinking of buying some through (senior moment,
Regal?) but they said they did not carry them (except stock left - no
infantry) because of (among other things) quality issues. No further
explanation. Did they suffer from the Irregular syndrome - some great,
some okay, some... not okay?
