I have an Excel spreadsheet with all the stars Nyrath has listed as belonging
to the various players and powers, including NRE, OU, PAU, AE(that's me), RH,
and NI (is that Noam I. or New Israel?). a) what national colors go with the
powers I just mentioned? Two colors only, please, as I am color coding the
background and letters. b) can anyone (Nyrath) give me the star types,
luminosity & mass for the list? c) anyone want a copy? Excel for Windows 95,
300kb.

I would actually stick to one color if you can. The difference between two
colors in lettering can be quite hard on the eyes.
I've been using:
NAC - Blue
ESU - Red
NSL - Green
FSE - Orange
LLAR - Yellow
PAU - Brown
IC - Purple
OU - Light Blue
NETH - Dark Green
FCT - Dark Blue
NIS - Light Grey
JAP - Light Purple
IF - Light Green
RH - Dark Red
K'V - Magenta
S'V - Pink

Nyrath did the NI stars? I sent him an E-mail asking for them but never
caught the reply.
Thanks Nyrath! NI does stand for New Israel, but my initials _are_
conveniently similar. I'd very much like a copy of the spreadsheet.
Now all I have to do is convince Jon that NI is not a bloodthirsty mercenary
