[FH] About the UN again (final words from ryan)

When one gets down to it, I see far too much wiggle room for problems with a
very strong UNSC that has a mandate outside of the Core and is a nation unto
itself. If you really push it that way, its just
another re-hash of the mutated UN-Comstar organization from
Battletech.
