Not to seen excessively lost, not that I haven'n been all evening.

Questions:
1) Do we have a few starting points for the future history.
2) Do you have a fair value for the number of planets in the FCT.
(Remember that the FCT is the last refuge of the independent
     gamer/background.
3) Remember that the Harmony system started as a justification for
the 'gunslinger' shootout by Brendan Robertson.

The FCT will be an interesting project because of the desire to
maintain the 'open ended' nature of the FCT. The requirement/desire
to provide the FCT with a future and history will be defeated by the
defination of the future history and the history and future of the FCT. If you
understand this please advise. I

To my knowledge, there are only 3 (2 directly, 1 indirectly) references to FCT
in any of the GZG works.
2047 War of the Americas - LLAR invades Texas, Cal, New Mexico.
The LLAR lose 15 yrs later 2159 Austin and Fenris (new Pasadena) declare
independence of NAC 2187 FCT ships are part of a joint task force to repel the
Kra'vak at Rheinhold

A minimum of two. Since they've had ~30 yrs of independence, I would say
they've expanded to another system or two or are working on it.

Fair enough, but there's no reason why it can be fit into the history.

If I understand you correctly, by giving FCT a history that could limit what
FCT could do in the future. Yes, that's possible, but can be dealt with. If
the FCT had a fluid government, for example, policies toward other powers
could shift frequently in odd directions. Perhaps Austin and Pasadena see
things differently and pursue independent policies in most areas.

Just a couple of thoughts. Did I get it?
