Plasma Bolt ops. turn 1 load plasma bolts, vapor shroud UP turn 2 fire plasma bolts, and normal pulsers, vapor shroud down turn 3 load plasma bolts, vapor shroud UP turn 4 fire plasma bolts, and normal pulsers, vapor shroud down .......
