I am looking for 25-28mm range models in exo-skeletal suits. Something
similar to what you see in Matrix Revolutions would be cool but anything at
this point would be cool since I can't seem to find anything that fits.

If you can still find 'em, Prince August games had a line of figures called
"Bitume Future Shock" -- Bitume being the name of an RPG, I think --
that included a figure in a kind of Aliensesque loader.

This is a picture:

...but the hard part is finding a supplier. Chessex used to sell the figures,
so perhaps Alliance does nowadays.

Very cool, and yes, very Aliens. I bet you could
kit-bash it with some mecha arms from Battletech or
CAV for a more Matrix-style look.

I took the link you gave me, and deleted the
/fs/btv4b.jpg part, and it looks like unless I'm
missing something, you can order directly from Prince August.

Cool, look just like the ones on Aliens really.

I am looking at possibly converting the crap out of some MWDA industrial Mech
miniatures. They have an appropriate look to them and I think with a little
hacking and regluing they might turn out ok.

Um. Yeah, that *would* make sense -- I'm too used to looking at it
through the retailer's POV, even after all these years.

It *is* a nice mini, though, and the rest of the line is also pretty darned
good. Great Road Warrior style figures in the early numbers, with some equally
good (and more civilized looking) stuff in the higher numbers.

Only flaw -- depending on your point of view -- is the size: these are
definately 28mm figs, and big ones at that. Nicely prorportioned, though,
without the oversized GW guns.
