EW Sensors

Here's a simple but icky solution.

If target ESM = shooter EW, shoot as usual. If target ESM one notch better
than shooter EW, roll D6. On a 5 or 6, counts as having one higher level
screen (or can't shoot, or one longer range). If target ESM 2 notches better
(Superior vs. basic), roll D6. On a 4,5, counts as above. On 6, counts double
the above.

Now that makes superior ESM worth far more than currently priced /
massed, I expect.
