Just a little something to keep in mind for next year.
Next year, there will be no Found Me A Sheep. This year was too tame,
too blase, and much too easy on the players. I'm embaa-rased to admit
that a whole three out of eight survived. And no psychological casualties at
all (if you don't count Doug, and I'm not convinced he wasn't that way to
begin with. Those puppies...).
Next year, it'll be Frag Me A Sheep.
Of course, the sheep will have a different point of view. Through a targeting
reticle. Full Metal Alien Sheep, brought to you by Wailing Ewetani Corp.

After being away from the list for a while, I come back to THIS?!?
Laserlight, you are EVIL!
Wailing Ewetani Corp., indeed!

What do you mean "no psychological casualties"??? I still have an almost
irresistible urge to shoot mimes on sight
....oh
wait, I did before. Nevermind.

You've been living in Ewetopia for a while

The doctor says I'm much better now, however. (8-)

You (intelligently) weren't in last year's game, and there was no game
before that--remember? Nothing happened. There was no event. I was
off reading Hymn Before Battle, and Adrian said the rest of you just sat
around having a pleasant conversation.

I don't know...if you're having flashbacks to something that never happened...

Actually, if you read the fine print on the rules sheet.....
"FMASheep is an Extreme event and severe mental trauma is a normal and
expected hazard of participating. Consequently, Players agree that GZG, the
GZG ECC committee, and the Gamemaster are released from any and all liability
whatsoever for physical, spiritual or psychological injuries sustained in or
around this activity; and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the aforesaid
releases in case of claim or suit by themselves
and/or their family members, heirs, or representatives, to the extent of
any and all costs, expenses, damages, judgments, verdicts, and fees. Players
also agree not to hit the Gamemaster, no matter how justified it may be. Rules
presented are playtest beta status and may not resemble final
official rules. FMAS and FMASkirmish are copyright 1996-2005 by Ground

Games/Jon Tuffley. Baa."
I never said liable... I said responsible.... if you were liable, that would
imply you were responsible for treatment as well... which would
nullify my entire statement... ;-Þ

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders, the most famous of which is
"Never get involved in a land war in Asia", but only slightly less well known
is this: "Never get into a wordwar with a salesman.". Hahahahahah.

If I were responsible, I might be liable -- or might at least be
mature. I think you meant to say that I was "reprehensible".... <grin>
Agreed
