Our work exchange server periodically chucks up duplicate copies of all my csua.berkley.edu lists, it's a quirk my end I've never figured out how to fix, and as we're not allowed to use anything but Outlook here I just got used to seeing double double;) Cheers

Fortunately the vulnerability of Outlook to hacking/disruption is minimized for work (except for unclassified linkages) as long as the human operators/users remember not to use the same disks in different systems, the laptop (well desktop too but less so) operators follow security guidelines, and various other factors are kept in check.
