Okay,

Send the Narns after I ask this. I'm building an ICV with an autocannon
(RFAC/1) and an HMG (APSW) both of which are in the turret - the MG is
coaxial. Do I pay interior space for this APSW (the nominal description for
the freebie APSW involves it being outside - which in SG2 has a big
significance... I'm not sure it matters much in DS2 does it)?

And, since I don't yet own any DS2 minis (from GZG), could someone comment on
how they compare sizewise to things like GHQ Leopard IIs, Grizzlys, M113s,
Marders, etc.? Are they on the same size order or will they be consistently
bigger or smaller for roughly the same class of vehicle?

Thanks for the info. Someone out there must have a DS2 FAQ or a page of
links (like the SG2UWWP) - if so, could they drop me a line with the
URL? Thanks!

Either:
1 Have a external free APSW (0 capacity +0 points) and a co-axial
APSW (1
capacity +4 points).
2 Have _no_ external APSW but have a co-axial APSW (1 capacity +0
points
(discount!)).

House rules: Option 1 allow two shots. Option 2 allows only one shot. The
benefit of having a internal APSW is being able to fire when suppressed as
infantry.

I hope that helps!

The GZG minis and Future Wars minis are slightly larger than the GHQ minis.
When I did my Moonbase Xi scenario at GZGECC, I classed the GHQ Abrams as
size-3. The Paladin and Phalanx (very nice, by the way) are slightly
larger, but I still classed them as size-3. The Future Wars Triton and
Simcat I classed size 3, another one (Jupiter IIa?) I classed size-4,
and
the Antron I size class-5. Picutes of each of thes can be seen on the
Geo-Hex web site (http://geohex.com). Pictures of the Moonbase Xi game

The Future Wars figures are compatible in scale with the GHQ figures. I have
M60s, Leopard IIs, M113s, and an assortment of US and Soviet GHQ vehicles.
They compare favorably with the Triton and Simcat vehicles. The Jupiter is a
little larger. Andromedeas are HUGE.

I really like the Slammer, Rommel, and Wombat GEV vehicles in the Dirtside
figures range.

The Renegade Legion cohorts are a nice set of plastic figures for medium and
light grav tanks and APCs. They come in TOG and RL boxed sets. Metal figures
for this range is much harder to come by.

[snip]

AFAIK, the APSW is free. you decide (look at the model) if it's inside or
outside.
