[DS] ZADFC 2.1

OK, it seems agreed upon that in the ZADS roll, the higher the velocity and
ROF, the better. I'm going to assume that weapons that have both (MDC 1&2's,
HEL's) have an advantage over those that have one but not the
other (RFAC's, HKP's, MDC 3-5), which will have an
advantage over weapons that have NEITHER (DFFG, HVC). Thus I would suggest the
following modifiers to the Die Class for ZADFC according to attached direct
fire system: Weapon System: Die Class Modifier:
HEL, MDC 1-2                 --
RFAC, HKP, MDC 3-5          -1 DC
DFFG, HVC                   -2 DC
