One GCS? Each missile fires at same target. 3 missiles per target (especially GMS/H) can be overkill but makes those PDS's and ECM's on the target work hard... I have TD's for the NPC with 1-5 GMS on each (1/size) - the Size 4/5 units carry Fire Teams to minimize wasted space. 4 vehicle units have 4 fire teams (1 per) - generally LAD, APSW, and two Infantry (rarely one infantry and a GMS/L.) to aid in defense and security when deployed.
