A question for Jon really,

A while ago I thought I saw a note on the list about plans to produce the SG
25mm range style figures in 6mm for DS II. Shortly after I saw that one type
(NSL I think?) was available. I am thinking of getting my hands on some DS II
stuff so I was wondering what the progress with this range, and the 25mm
vehicles in 6mm, was.

The NSL and NAC infantry are now out in 6mm - a full platoon per pack;
just got the first NAC Power Armour 6mm from the sculptor, the pack will be
out soon. The masters are on their way to geoHex any day now, contact them for
US release info. There are 23 different 6mm DSM vehicles out now, covering
most of the 25mm designs.

Are these available for ordering now? Good now I can do my DSII NAC vs Epic
Space Marine battle as depicted in the "dumpster" story.

The NAC regular infantry are out, 24 figs (plus metal element bases) per
pack for £2.25; code is DSM-127. The NAC PA, which will be DSM-128,
will be
out soon (hopefully late Jan/early Feb). BTW, the DSM 6mm infantry have
small circular bases that fit into circular holes in the element bases; by
pure coincidence these bases/holes are the same size as those on GW 6mm
stuff...... ;)

Do you know if Geohex is distributing these yet? How do us US types get ahold
of them?

Will these be posed identically, or will there be some variety within each
pack in terms of poses and weapons?

The NAC and NSL infantry packs each have 4 different figure poses - 2 x
different riflemen, 1 x SAW and 1 x Missile launcher; the NSL Platoon pack,
for example, has 4 x SAWs, 4 x MLs and 16 assorted riflemen. The PA packs will
probably have a similar mix when we get the figure variations done.

In response to another post, the masters for the infantry (not the PA yet,
but they will follow) are on their way to GeoHex - you'll have to speak
to them re: US release dates.

Can us U.S. types order direct from you? Do you have a web address for your UK
operation??

We have a "Gentlemens' Agreement" between GZG and GeoHex that we can supply to
the US any items that they (GH) do not produce, but that mainly applies to
stuff that they are not going to making in the near future. You really need to
see if KR is going to release these as soon as he gets the masters from us, or
if they are scheduled for later in the year. In the latter case, he probably
won't mind me supplying just a few direct, but in the former you would be
better waiting till they hit the US stores.

Sorry to send this twice, but forgot to add the bit on the bottom first time!

Jon,

A few years back you had some 25mm Kr'vak figures in your catalog and I got a
few while the family was assigned in Germany.

I finally painted them up and have some people asking about getting some. Are
they still in production? Can they be order through K.R. here in the states?

I assume you mean the OLD KraVak figures - 8 different poses, in "large"
25mm? These have long since been replaced by a new, redesigned range
(no,
KR doesn't have the old ones, but does have the new) from a different
sculptor, and the two don't really mix (same race, but a very different
sculpting style). The moulds for the old ones still exist (though some are
getting a bit worn), and if you REALLY need some email me privately and we'll
see what we can do.
