If you mean a towed artillery section, it's just the cost of the artillery weapon system. Plus buying the prime mover itself.

I usually have 1 fire mission with the team itself, and the other two on the mortar team's vehicle (size 1 jeep for me, usually). This can be argued a couple of ways, but I don't see the mortar team lugging around all three ammo markers.
