Anyone know the point cost for a man-packed artillery section?  I don't

Do you mean like a mortar team? Light artillery cost, plus cost of the
infantry team. I don't think it's official, but it's pretty much accepted.

If you mean a towed artillery section, it's just the cost of the artillery
weapon system. Plus buying the prime mover itself.

The thing about mortar teams is to consider the ammo. I usually have 1 fire
mission with the team itself, and the other two on the mortar team's vehicle
(size 1 jeep for me, usually). This can be argued a couple of ways, but I
don't see the mortar team lugging around all three ammo markers.
