Hello, I am currently refereeing a Full Thrust Campaign and need to display
the postion of ships to my players. I tried to build charts using Excel, but
Bill Gates struck again... Can anyone show me to an appropriate program to
help my players visualize what is going on? Thank you, Phil P.
FTMAP is a freeware mapping program conceived and written by Alun Thomas.
Since that time Tim Jones has extended his work to produce a more robust and
versatile package. You should contact Tim with any feedback and/or
suggestions you have concerning FTMAP.

However, I could not get it to work. I guess I need to contact Tim Jones,
myself, for better instructions.

FYI This site is no longer maintained but does carry the last version of the
program and its documentation. I will be doing something about it for the next
release of ftmap.
This application is *designed* for PBEM games and supports Cinematic & Vector
systems.

An Excel chart is a bit tricky, but I'll post on my website an
example and instructions--probably this weekend.
I've used both an Excel spreadsheet charting and FTMAP to generate images for
my PBeM games, both as referee and player. I would recommend FTMap because it
can provide more elegant images that Excel can achieve.
Phil - any luck with the last ftmap I sent you?
Obviously the last post wan't meant to go here
