A side question please....

If a vehicle has 2 APSW, can both fire in 1 activation??

if they are mounted together, i suppose they count as coaxial weapons,
just like a pair of rfac/2 would be. thus, as long as they fire at the
same target, they can all fire. i expect this generalises to even bigger
mounts. quad apsw is a pretty scary thought.

would it be allowed to mount some APSWs coaxially with other weapons?
considering light anti-infantry vehicles, i thought an MDC/2 or RFAC/2
would be a good start - it has decent performance against infantry, and
some anti-armour capability too. it would be nice to be able to mount
some APSWs alongside it, so that when used against infantry, it gains some
extra punch.

Yes. It's exactly like a multi-barrel weapon system.

Of course! After all, DSII is only a model of war. There's plenty of MICVs and
tanks with coaxially mounted MGs next to their main gun. What does it gain you
to forbid that in a model?
