Hello all,
Once again I call on the wisdom of the group for some direction. Does anyone
know of a manufacturer who makes modern military aircraft lettering decals
suitable for application to 25mm PAs. I would like to use some for unit
markings on my Mercenary PAs.

You might try:

They make decals for various units in Battletech, including Team Banzai. Lots
of diversity in their catalog.

If you have access to an injet printer you could make your own.

I used this for decals for 1/300th tanks and it worked well.
On caveat, inkjet printers don't normally print white, so white is right out.

Hannants stock loads of aircraft decals:

Unless you want to have a white background, then you can use the white paper.
I'd recommend putting a black border around that kind of decal, so it's easier
to cut them out. The black border will also probably blend better with the
figure.
Just out of curiosity, have you looked at 144th aircraft and micro armor
decals? I think these might work better in the small areas, such as shoulder
patches, that I assume you'll be using.

I dunno if you're talking to me, but I couldn't find anything I really liked
for a New Israeli platoon I've been working on, so I grabbed some images off
the IDF website and made up a sheet of my own:

I haven't made the decals yet, but my test printouts (on plain paper) look
really nice.
Thanks for all the input people. I'll take a look at some of the sites you
suggested. I'm still trying to collect bits to add to the suits so they
don't all look so much alike. Uniformity is good, but I'd like some
personality. These are mmercs after all.
