Damage Control Phase

Here we go again, something in the rulebook that I cant find.

The Damage Control Phase, I used to do damage control checks in the End Phase.

When does everyone else do it?

You were correct. It is part of the End Phase. Done at the same time as
untargeted missiles and plasma bursts are picked up off the table.
